To ensure a seamless arrival experience,
transportation will be provided for all wedding guests.

Here are some basic instructions on how to find the Aria Tour Lobby:

How to Get There (From Inside the Hotel)
Head toward the main entrance valet (north side).
Locate the escalators in that area that go down to the lower lobby level.

How to Get There (From Outside the Hotel)
Take a rideshare or walk directly to the Aria Tour Lobby / North Valet drop-off area.
Follow the signs and use the escalators to go down into the lower lobby level.

Please note that parking will not be available at the venue due to limited access and security protocols, so we kindly ask that all guests utilize the provided shuttle service.

What is the dress code?

We look forward to celebrating with you and ask that guests attend the wedding in formal attire to complement the evening’s setting. Women in long dresses and men in suits and ties. Ladies, please note that the celebration will be on grass - block heels, wedges, or flats are recommended.

To Friday Welcome Cocktails, please wear cocktail attire. Women in dresses and men in button down shirts and trousers.

Will the celebrations be outside?

Yes! Please bring a light jacket or shawl just in case there is weather on the day.

Can I Bring a Plus One?

We wish we could include everyone but to keep our celebration intimate, we kindly ask that only those specifically named on the invitation attend.
If your invitation includes a plus-one, their name will appear on your invitation.

Are children allowed?

As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We kindly ask that there are no phones and cameras during our wedding ceremony. We will leave it up to the professionals.

Will there be parking available?

We will be providing shuttles for all guests between ARIA, the ceremony, and the reception. We kindly ask that you do not drive, as there will be no parking.

Will there be vegetarian options?

Yes! We will have a variety of options to meet everyone’s dietary needs, and you can specify them in the RSVP form below.
